Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as when received.
- Unworn, unused, with tags intact.
- Packaged in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3 out of the 4 seem to be great, the 1 though has a loose top and bottom and not as sturdy as the others. I'm not saying or suggesting anything else, just that the 1 doesn't seem to be put together as well as the others. I work in manufacturing and we don't get it right all of the time. The look and feel are great, and holding as much water as it does encourages me to drink more. I like them.
Keeps water nice and fresh and cool, looks very nice and easy to use.
I was very happy to learn the concept behind MITI Life products and even happier after I bought one. It slickly design, with our planet earth in mind, I am glad to be part of MIT Life family.
